Confidentiality Creates Freedom

What happens in therapy stays in therapy. It’s not shared with your employer, your spouse, or your social media feed. That confidentiality gives clients space to:

  • Talk about fears they’ve buried for years

  • Say the unsayable: “I feel like I’m failing,” “I’m angry at my kids,” or “I don’t like who I’ve become”

  • Explore truths they’ve hidden even from themselves

Therapy isn’t always easy, but it’s always yours.
